For joint applicants
Please complete the following fields, ensuring to upload the required documents.
If you are an employed party within the joint application, please provide:
- Your last 3 months' payslips
- Your last year's revenue employment details summary (P60)
- Your last 6 months' bank statements for all your bank accounts
- A copy of your photo ID
If you are a self-employed party within the joint application, please provide:
- Your last 3 years' Form 11s and Chapter 4s
- Your last 3 years' signed accounts
- A recent tax clearance certificate
- Confirmation from your tax advisor your tax affairs are up-to-date
- Your last 6 months' personal bank and business statements
- A copy of your photo ID
